This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Zenvirel are processed, shipped, and tracked.
Shipping Region
Zenvirel currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Transaction Currency
All orders are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Business Days
Our business days are Monday–Friday.
Saturday and Sunday are not counted when calculating handling, transit, or estimated delivery times.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday–Friday.
Orders received by 5:00 PM (GMT-5) are counted as received that business day for processing purposes.
Orders received after 5:00 PM (GMT-5) or during the weekend are counted as received on the next business day.
The order cut-off time does not guarantee same-day shipment. All orders remain subject to the handling time stated below.
Handling Time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Handling time begins according to the order cut-off rules described above. Handling time refers to the period required to prepare an order before it is transferred for delivery.
Transit Time
After an order has shipped, the estimated transit time is 7–9 business days.
Transit time begins after the order has been dispatched and does not include the handling period.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days, consisting of:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 7–9 business days
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Cost
Zenvirel provides free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
There is no separate standard shipping charge added to eligible orders.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
The shipment confirmation email will include a tracking link that you can use to follow the delivery status of your order.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to display updated shipment information after you receive the tracking email.
Checking an Order’s Status
After shipment, use the tracking link included in your shipment confirmation email to check your order’s delivery status.
