Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return or exchange requests submitted after the 30-day return window are not eligible for approval.
Return Eligibility
Zenvirel accepts approved returns for eligible defective and non-defective products.
For a standard or change-of-mind return, the product must:
- Be unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include its original packaging.
- Be returned according to the instructions provided by Zenvirel.
Products showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, alteration, or other changes not caused by Zenvirel are not eligible for return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are reviewed separately under the process described below.
How to Request a Return
All returns must be reviewed and approved before they are shipped.
To request a return:
- Contact Zenvirel through our Contact Us page or email info@zenvirel.com.
- Include your name, email address, order number, and the reason for your return request.
- Zenvirel will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
- After approval, Zenvirel will provide a prepaid downloadable return shipping label.
- Download and print the label, then securely attach it to the return package.
- Ship the package according to the return instructions provided by Zenvirel.
Do not send an item back before your return request has been approved and you have received the return instructions.
Prepaid Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges.
Zenvirel provides a prepaid return shipping label after approving an eligible return or exchange. Customers can download and print the label, and Zenvirel covers the cost of the approved return label.
No prepaid label will be issued before the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact us at info@zenvirel.com within the 30-day return window.
Please include your order information and a clear description of the issue. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item returns, Zenvirel will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.
Do not ship the product before receiving approval and return instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products requested within 30 days of delivery.
Products submitted for a standard exchange must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. Once the exchange request is reviewed and approved, Zenvirel will provide a free prepaid downloadable return shipping label and instructions for returning the original product.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method instead.
Return Inspection
After an approved return is received, Zenvirel will inspect it within 1–3 business days.
The inspection confirms whether the returned product meets the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
Refunds
After the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, Zenvirel will process the refund within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are:
- Processed in USD.
- Returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Subject to no restocking fee.
Restocking Fees
Zenvirel does not charge restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation before the order has been shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@zenvirel.com. A cancellation cannot be completed after the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, the return process described in this policy applies.
