After an order ships, the customer receives an email containing a tracking link. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return and exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

All returns require prior review and approval. Customers should not send a product back before receiving return instructions.

  3. Zenvirel provides a free prepaid downloadable return shipping label after approval.
  4. The customer downloads, prints, and attaches the label to the package.
  5. The product is shipped according to the provided instructions.
  6. Zenvirel inspects the returned product within 1–3 business days after receipt.
  7. An approved refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and Zenvirel does not charge a restocking fee.
