Shipping Terms
Zenvirel provides free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States.
The estimated shipping timeline is:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 7–9 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days
- Business days: Monday–Friday
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday–Friday.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery.
All returns require prior review and approval. Once an eligible request is approved, Zenvirel provides a free prepaid downloadable return shipping label.
After an approved return is received:
- It is inspected within 1–3 business days.
- An approved refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed in USD.
- No restocking fee is charged.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products requested within the 30-day return window.
Approved exchanges include a free prepaid return shipping label. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
